We are delighted to share some exciting news — Caribbean Dockyard & Engineering Services Limited (CDESL) will be fully back in operation for dry docking / services by mid-August to early September 2025! And continued alongside services.
After months of strategic upgrades and preparations, our enhanced facility is now equipped to support a wider range of vessel projects — with renewed capacity, expanded technical capabilities, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
Our HVL Drydock is Ready for You
We are proud to reintroduce our Heavy Lift Vessel (HVL) Drydock, now operational and standing by to accommodate your upcoming dry-docking requirements. The unit features a generous working deck area of 127m x 36m, capable of handling:
Vessels up to 118–120 meters in length
Offshore rigs and marine platforms
Lifting capacities from 12,000 to 20,000 tonnes
Cargo loading at anchorage – via side or stern operations
While final maintenance works are ongoing — including installation of anchor spud poles for long-term mooring — please note that dry docking operations can proceed safely and effectively during this period without disruption.
